My friend purchased a mini-phat for getting around Noosa on the weekends and at first when I saw it I thought it was cute but when I actually sat on it and went for a little ride I realised the seating position is sooo comfortable and feels really stable. I had to get one for myself and now we regularly pop them in our car boots and meet up somewhere on the river and take them for a ride. We park somewhere easy and we scoot right into the heart of Noosa, skipping all the traffic and parking hassles it’s great.

I saw the mini-phat getting around in Coolum and I had wanted an electric scooter or bike for a while. I bought the mini-phat because it can be folded up and stored or transported easily but you are still enjoying a seated position on the ride. The bike has not disappointed, it is quick and reliable and the battery lasts great on longer rides. I live in a small apartment so the fact it can be folded up for storage is a real bonus for me.

My husband and I were looking for something to get around on now that we are retired. We used to love to walk to the shops or go to the beach but we find it hard to walk too much these days and we were looking for an electric type bike to buy. Well we couldn’t find anything suitable that wasn’t too unstable or hard to get on until we came across the Phatrider website and saw these scooters with a seat. Such a great idea as we don’t like having to stand for too long and we could sit down without having bars or pedals in the way. We love our miniphats and use them all the time. Great purchase.
